Pneumatica è un progetto editoriale di Massimiliano Tommaso Rezza. Pneumatica pubblica libri fotografici a tema. Pneumatica individua di volta in volta dei casi fotografici che evidenziano aspetti relativi al linguaggio e all’uso. Pneumatica esamina quegli aspetti del fotografico in cui prassi, estetica ed etica convergono. Pneumatica riflette in particolar modo sulla politica della pratica fotografica, sulle convenzioni che essa istaura, sulle limitazioni che determina e sulle loro ricadute sul pubblico, ma prima ancora sullo stesso operatore fotografico.
Pneumatica is an independent editorial project by Massimiliano Tommaso Rezza. Pneumatica publishes thematic photobooks. Pneumatica chooses those cases that show or reveal those aspects concerning photographic language and its use. Pneumatica examines the convergence of practice, aesthetics, and ethics. Pneumatica reflects particularly on the politics of photographic practice, the conventions that it establishes, the limitations that it determines, and the consequences it has for the public, but, even before this, for the photographic operator himself/herself.
